Your service provider’s customer support
department may be accessible directly from your
phone when you dial a number, such as *611
(check with your service provider). They can
answer questions about your phone, phone bill,
call coverage area, and specific features available
to you, such as call forwarding or voicemail.

(MEID).
Note: To locate the MEID select
Menu > Settings
>
My Phone > Phone Info > Build Info and
scroll down to
MEID: for the 11-digit number. If
your phone uses an electronic service number
(ESN), then
