Setup and Connections

Parallel Interface Connection

Plug one end of the printer cable into the connector on the printer marked with a

(parallel)

symbol.

Close the clips on both sides to fix the connector in place.

Plug the other end of the printer cable into the computers parallel (Centronics) interface

connector. This connector is usually labled PRINTER. For details, refer to the hardware

manual for the computer.
